On Tuesday, June 24th, 2014 Graphic Arts Studio (GAS) held a customer event at Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse on Rush Street in downtown Chicago, IL. We at Graphic Arts Studio (GAS) have built a reputation as being a high quality sheet fed full service printer serving Chicago metropolitan area over the past 29 years. We offer our clients a broad range of products & services. Located in Barrington, IL (a suburb of Chicago) we pride ourselves on being a full digital solution partner for the market place.

Looking to engage a large group of C-Suite brand and creative managers from some of the top brands in Chicago, GAS worked with our local chapter of the Association of Graphic Arts (AIGA) to identify individuals to invite to this event. Kit Hinrichs the renowned graphic design artist to act as the keynote speaker for the event.

The reviews are in and from all reports the Graphic Arts Studio “The Art of Possibilities” event offered great content and inspiration fuel for those who attended. With 180 attendess GAS' Vice President of Marketing Todd Pauly was very pleased with the results.

The Presenters

Kit Hinrichs | Studio Hinrichs
Kit Hinrichs served as principal in several design offices in New York and San Francisco and spent 23 years as a partner of Pentagram before opening Studio Hinrichs in 2009. His design experience incorporates a wide range of projects, including corporate communications, brand development, promotion, packaging, catalogs, environmental graphics, editorial and exhibition design.

Kit’s work is included in the permanent collections of the Museum of Modern Art, New York, the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and the Library of Congress. Kit is an AIGA medalist.

Doris Brown | Hewlett-Packard
For more than 35 years Doris Brown has been recognized in the printing, textile and plastics industries as one of the foremost experts on color, a crucial element in corporate branding and identity. Doris has been an outspoken leader and advocate regarding color communication, cross media marketing and digital print production. She built her career on a solid foundation with a degree in Print Production from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and through executive MBA training at Notre Dame.
